Specific Heat Capacity
The amount of heat `Q` required to change the temperature of a given material is proportional to the mass `m` of the material present and to the temperature change `∆T`
`Q = mc∆T`
where `c` is a quantity characteristic of the material called its specific heat capacity (specific heat).
`c = Q/(m∆T)`
SI Unit: `J//kg•C°`
The heat needed to race `1\ kg` of material by `1°C`
